Biography

Jorunn Cloutier builds HR infrastructure for companies operating in ways traditional HR wasn't designed to handle. Distributed teams across dozens of countries, complex M&A integrations under tight timelines, hypergrowth that tests every system. Over her career, she has integrated eight acquisitions, including one of the largest M&A transactions in information services history where she merged operations across thousands of employees in multiple countries. She's built people operations spanning more than two dozen countries.

At Cin7, she scaled the organization through hypergrowth while integrating multiple acquisitions and advising the board on human capital strategy. The business grew from $20M to nearly $100M in ARR during her tenure. She turned around engagement scores, reduced regrettable attrition to half a percent, and

built cultures that earned Best Place to Work recognition across three continents. She's done this by combining what boards need with what people need. She also designs compensation frameworks that work across different labor markets, turns around retention during M&A chaos, and doubles leadership diversity while scaling internationally.

She believes hybrid, distributed, and increasingly AI-enabled work requires HR leadership that combines data insight with cultural cohesion and human-centered decisions. Most HR executives are still building for yesterday's workplace. She builds for how work actually happens now. Jorunn was recognized as one of Colorado's Top 50 Women Leaders in 2025 and speaks at conferences on international workforce strategy. She holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University and Zhejiang University in China, a Master of Human Resource Management from Azusa Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and Intercontinental University in London.
